Pushing! Pulling! Poking! - Where are we headed today? Why are the good people being pushed to the limits? Stop! Don't lose your cool. Take a B R E A T H and remind yourself about who is in control. The book of truth? What is truth these days? Is there such a thing? Everyone blames everyone else for everything. No one wants to take responsibility. If you don't agree with me -- then I don't like you (is the mentality). We walk around with blinders on - never looking to the right or the left - just straight ahead. Schedules? They rule our lives - what have we accomplished at the end of the day - FRUSTRATION and overwhelming EXHAUSTION! Directions - pieces - the puzzle stays jumbled. YIKES!!! Is this life? I mean, is this really life? How can we slow it down - or should we?
"It is appointed unto man once to die and then the judgment."Maybe that's a reason to slow down. FOCUS! Ask questions, "Am I ready to meet God?" Whether you believe in God or not - you will one day bow your knee to Jesus Christ and confess He is Lord! He gave you life and He will take it when your number comes up. You cannot prevent your own death. Is it only a game? No! You are here for a purpose and once that is accomplished - you will be leaving. You know the "beat"? Well it is still ticking for you. The beat goes on ... Look around - weigh it all carefully. There is a reason you are here - have you found that out yet? Keep working the puzzle ... the pieces will all fit together in perfect harmony. I can tell as you read this, God is talking to your heart. ARE YOU LISTENING? Get quiet. Sit still. Listen intently. Do you hear His voice? Are you sure? Sit longer - stay quiet - FOCUS! Do you hear His voice now? He loves you - He wants to live in your heart - He wants control of your life. Are you ready to relinquish the reigns? He's waiting - He's always waiting - He'll continue to wait for however long it takes. He's patient, He's tolerant.
